We aim to supply all our customers efficiently.

Typical delivery times:
7-10 days within the UK,
21 days to customers based in Europe
30 days to addresses throughout the world

Deliveries in the UK are by either by Royal Mail or for heavier more expensive order, Interlink couriers. European and Rest of World deliveries are by Air Mail printed paper rate

Cost
All UK deliveries are sent post free.
Europe +20% of the retail value of the order
RoW + 35% of the retail value of the order

Mislaid/lost items
We will replace any lost items after an acceptable period of time after the despatch of goods.

Typical claim times are:
UK plus 10 days from date of despatch
Europe plus 30 days
RoW plus 45 days

In our experience it is very rare for packages to be completely lost. Air mail delivery is reliable and although multiple consignments can become ‘split’ whilst in transit, most orders orders do arrive in due course.
